The steps of setting up or amending a company

• Get in contact with us, and we will discuss the tasks you need help with;
• We will raise the relevant questions of the deal, discuss them with you and make an offer for the lawyer’s fee in writing;
• We will provide you with legal advice throughout the procedure, so you won’t have to pay unnecessary costs or taxes;
• Our colleagues will request all the necessary data from you, your company, and other parties being involved;
• We will draft the necessary documentation (in English or German and Hungarian) based on the documents and information you provided and discuss with you any questions that might arise;
• When signing the company documents, we will explain every necessary step;
• We take care of the court registry procedures;
• We will help you if any question arises after signing documents;
• After company registration or the amendment taken place, we will inform you about it.

Set up or amend a company without a personal meeting

• Our office provides its company establishment and amendment services online as well.
• In this case the necessary documentation we draft will be sent to you by email, and they need be returned by post mail after signing.
• After receiving the signed documents back, our colleague has to verify the identity of the signatories through a short video call (in English or in Hungarian). The video recording of the call will be retained along with the documents made.
• All you need for the video call is a phone or computer, internet and your passport or an ID card. During the video call, our colleagues will verify your identity and record your statement that your signature is valid.
• The documents are then filed at the court of registration, who will implement the establishment or amendment.
