Real Estate Law:
represents a number of investors regarding commercial and residential
properties, offices and shops in shopping centers, hotels, rooftops and
condominium houses. We render legal services for many institutional and private
investors in various real estate transactions.
We provide full legal assistance to the establishment of Hungarian companies - especially Ltd and PLC formation. We prepare the statutes of the company, all additional documents and take care of the court registration, registration with tax, social security authorities and, if it is needed, at the commerce and industry authorities. We give legal assistance in sale of corporate interests, shares and stock and in buying and selling entire business companies (M & A). We create the companies’ internal organizational and operational regulations.

European Community Law:
After Hungary's accession to the Community on May 1, 2004 it is essential for all businesses in Hungary, especially for those who do business with EU-companies, to cope with acquis communautaires of the Community.
